The Money Fever video poker game
is very similar to a short-pay Jacks or Better with the difference
being when you hit a flush there's bonus feature where for the the
next 7 hands you play you win a bonus for every card that appears
in your final hand that is of the same suit as the flush you made
to trigger the bonus.
For example say you make a 5 card
flush 7
4
J
5
T
Your suit card is obviously spades.
So if in any of the next 7 hands you play a spade appears in the
winning hand you receive a bonus.
Example if you hit 3 of a kind 8
8
8
this hand features one spade card for which you receive a bonus.
Or if you hit a straight 5
6
7
8
9
, this hand features 3 spades so you receive 3 bonuses.
Its not an easy to game to work out a correct strategy for. Nonetheless
i think for players who like to play for fun and something different
it makes for an interesting variation but unlikely to ever be a commonly
found game in the casinos.
