Video Poker 247 - Online Video Poker Games

It seems hard to believe that anyone would not have heard of Texas Hold’em Poker, as we have been inundated with the game through local charity tournaments, online video poker games, TV specials and channels seemingly devoted to this game. What people seemingly enjoy about this game is the fact that anyone can learn to play it, and it is a lot of fun to play.

Online casinos have taken this game and other forms of poker to a whole new level with online video poker. They want people to come to their video poker games, so they look for more and more exciting ways of pulling them in. The beauty of online video poker is that you are playing a machine and therefore do not have to deal with the stress of playing other players, which makes it much more attractive to many.

Online video poker can be known as Casino Hold’em which is the closest thing to Texas Hold’em. Your only goal is to make a better give card poker hand than the dealer in order to win the hand. Otherwise, obviously, the dealer wins. There is also Caribbean Stud Poker, which is another popular online video poker game. Many like it because you simply decide if your hand is strong enough to bet. If the dealers isn’t or does not qualify, the player wins.

Other online video poker offerings are things such as Pai Gow Poker which is based on Chinese dominoes; Let It Ride, where you place the max bet at the beginning of the game and then reduce it as you go (strangely enough); Three Card Poker where you are simply given three cards and try to make your best hand possible; and the offerings go on from there.
